We want you to get the most out of your time with us and we expect to learn from you too! We encourage all our interns to bring their unique ideas and perspectives to the business as they build on their own personal, academic and professional growth.
As an intern at Wilshire, you will gain meaningful exposure to institutional consulting, private markets solutions, manager research, portfolio management or operations.
Your responsibilities might include creating presentations, addressing client inquiries, conducting portfolio analysis or researching investment opportunities.
Our summer internship is a 10-week program for undergraduate or graduate students, entering their final year of studies. You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of one of our teams and gain exposure to Wilshire’s people and culture. Our internship is designed to provide an education in investment management and Wilshire’s work specifically, along with creating community among interns through virtual and in-person connections. As part of the intern class, you can expect strong mentorship and exposure to Wilshire’s thought leaders.
We aim to identify self-motivated candidates with enthusiasm about working in the investment industry, strong professional drive, and aspiration for personal and professional growth within the organization.
