Wilshire Adds to its North American Sales Team

Santa Monica, California (June 9, 2022) – Wilshire, a global investment technology and advisory company, is pleased to announce three additions to the firm’s business development team: Jim Cemprola, Managing Director, based in New Jersey and Tina Pham, Senior Vice President, and David Orces, Vice President, both based in Santa Monica.

Jim Cemprola joins as a Managing Director on Wilshire’s North Americas Sales Team where he will focus on driving adoption of Wilshire Indices. Jim will focus on new business development and key strategic accounts in the Americas. Prior to joining Wilshire, Jim served as President of Custom Indices and Managing Director of Americas and ICB at FTSE Russell. Jim received his MBA from the Pennsylvania State University.

Tina Pham joins Wilshire as Senior Vice President of Alternatives Business Development for North America and will be reporting to Managing Director, Brian Thomas. At Wilshire, Tina will be focusing on capital raising for the firm’s alternative investment platform as well as further developing strategic relationships. Tina is the founder of HerEquity and prior to joining Wilshire, she was a Vice President in the Alternative Investment Solutions group at Blackstone. Tina earned her BS from Boston College.

David Orces joins as Vice President of Americas Index Sales. At Wilshire, David will be focusing on business development and client coverage for Index solutions in the Americas and will be reporting to Jim Cemprola. Prior to joining Wilshire, David worked at MSCI as a Senior Associate North America Index Sales. David earned his BA and MBA from The Citadel.
